Who We Are

The Center for Empowerment and Social Support (CEAS) exists to give Hispanic nonprofit organizations and Latino youth the resources they need to grow, adapt, and thrive. Our work is rooted in the belief that education is the key to empowerment and that strong communities are built when every individual has access to opportunity.

Our Story

The Hispanic community in Colorado has long been rich in culture, resilience, and commitment to building a better future. But too often, local nonprofit organizations struggle with limited access to technical and administrative support. Without these tools, their growth is slowed, and their impact is restricted. That’s where CEAS comes in.

Founded out of a passion for community service and backed by over 28 years of nonprofit experience, CEAS provides the guidance, education, and resources Hispanic nonprofits need to reach their full potential. At the same time, we invest in Latino youth by creating educational programs that prepare them to be future leaders, professionals, and agents of change.
